If you need to cancel or make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order is in production or has shipped, we may not be able to make changes.

Shipping & Delivery
1. Do you ship internationally?
No, we do not currently offer international shipping. However, we are working on expanding our shipping options and hope to offer international delivery soon. Stay tuned for updates on when we’ll be able to ship worldwide!
2. How much does shipping cost?Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your shipping destination. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions, so keep an eye out for those!
3. How do I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order on our website or the carrier’s website.
4. What should I do if my order is delayed?
If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact us. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve any issues and keep you informed.
Candles
1. What materials are used in your candles?
Our candles are made from natural soy wax and Coconut Apricot wax premium fragrance oils, and lead-free cotton wicks and woodwick. We prioritize eco-friendly and sustainable materials in our candle-making process.
2. How long do your candles burn?The burn time varies depending on the size of the candle. Our standard candles burn for approximately 40-60 hours, while our smaller sizes burn for 20-30 hours.
3. Are your candles safe to use around pets?
Yes, our candles are made with pet-safe ingredients. However, we recommend keeping candles out of reach of pets and ensuring proper ventilation when burning.
4. Can I return or exchange a candle?
We accept exchanges only on unused candles within 7 days of purchase. If the candle is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with a photo of the issue.

Shop Policy
1. Order Changes:
• If you need to make changes to your order, such as updating the shipping address or modifying the items in your cart, please contact our BKBadness Support Team immediately after placing your order.
• Changes can only be made within 1 hour of placing your order. After this period, the order will enter the processing phase, and changes may not be possible.
2. Order Cancellation:
• Cancellations are allowed within 1 hour of placing your order. To cancel, please reach out to our BKBadness Support Team as soon as possible.
• After the 1-hour window, we cannot guarantee that your order can be canceled, as it may have already entered the processing or shipping phase.
3. Exceptions:
• In cases where an order has already been processed or shipped, changes or cancellations will not be possible. You may need to initiate a return after receiving the order, following our return policy.
4. Refunds:
• If your cancellation request is successful, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to process.
