Orders & Payments
1. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment methods available at checkout. All payments are processed securely to protect your information.
2. Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
If you need to cancel or make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We can only guarantee changes or cancellations within 1 hour of purchase. Once your order enters processing or has shipped, changes may no longer be possible.
3. Is my payment information secure?
Yes. Your payment information is processed through secure, encrypted checkout systems. Your privacy and security are always a top priority.
Shipping & Delivery
1. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do. We’re excited to bring BkBadness & Co. to customers around the world. Please note that international customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or tariffs applied to their order upon arrival. BkBadness & Co. does not cover these additional fees. We recommend reviewing all shipping and customs details at checkout before placing your order.
2. How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your delivery location. From time to time, we may also offer free shipping promotions, so be sure to subscribe to our newsletter or follow us on social media for updates.
3. How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use that number to track your package directly through the shipping carrier’s website.
4. What is your order processing and shipping timeline?
Each order is handcrafted and packaged with care to ensure it arrives beautifully and safely.
- 2–3 business days for processing
- During peak seasons, processing may extend to 2–5 business days
- 3–5 business days for shipping after processing
For the most up-to-date processing times, please check the announcement bar at the top of our website. Please note that USPS and other carriers may occasionally experience delays beyond our control.
For bulk orders of 8 cases (45 lb) or more, please allow 3–4 business days for processing.
5. What should I do if my order is delayed?
If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact us right away. We’ll do our best to assist, work with the shipping carrier if needed, and keep you updated along the way.
Candles
1. What materials are used in your candles?
Our candles are crafted with luxurious coconut apricot wax, premium fragrance oils, and quality wicks designed to give you a beautiful, elevated burn experience. We carefully choose materials that help bring warmth, comfort, and intention into your space.
2. How long do your candles burn?
Burn time can vary depending on candle size and burn habits. For the best performance, always follow proper candle care and trim the wick before each burn.
3. Are your candles safe to use around pets?
Our candles are made with high-quality ingredients, but we always recommend burning candles with proper ventilation and keeping them out of reach of pets and children. Every home is different, so please use your best judgment based on your space and sensitivities.
4. Can I return or exchange a candle?
We accept exchanges only on unused candles within 7 days of purchase. If your candle arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately and include a photo of the issue so we can help make it right.

Shop Policy
1. Order Changes
If you need to make changes to your order, such as updating your shipping address or modifying the items in your cart, please contact our BkBadness Support Team immediately after placing your order.
Changes can only be made within 1 hour of placing your order. After this period, your order will enter the processing phase and changes may no longer be possible.
2. Order Cancellation
Cancellations are allowed within 1 hour of placing your order. To cancel, please reach out to our BkBadness Support Team as soon as possible.
After the 1-hour window, we cannot guarantee that your order can be canceled, as it may have already entered processing or shipping.
3. Exceptions
If an order has already been processed or shipped, changes or cancellations will not be possible. In that case, you may need to initiate a return after receiving the order, following our return policy.
4. Refunds
If your cancellation request is approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to process.
