Why We Don’t Accept Returns

🕯️ Hygiene & Safety: Our candles, room sprays, wax melts, and diffusers are personal home fragrance items. To maintain the highest standards of hygiene and safety, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once a product has been opened or used.

📦 Product Integrity: Once our products leave our studio, we can no longer guarantee their quality or safety if returned. This ensures every customer receives a fresh, uncompromised product.

Composed entirely of FDA-approved waxes, it comfortably supports a high fragrance load for a luxurious scent throw.

Our Fragrance are:

Damager or Defective Items:

In the rare event your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at. Include your order number and photos of the damaged product and packaging. After reviewing your case, we may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
